I work at the intersection of communication, energy medicine, and holistic health to bring your animal’s perspective into the center of their care.
For years, I followed the “responsible” path, building a career that looked successful from the outside while quietly educating myself to better support my own animals.
As my own health began to suffer, I realized something had to change. The tools I had been collecting weren’t random. They were leading somewhere.
So I chose differently.
I chose to trust my intuition.
I chose to trust the animals.
I chose to build a practice rooted in listening, not control.
Since then, I’ve trained deeply across animal communication, energy medicine, and integrative wellness. But the heart of my work isn’t the certifications. It’s this: when we stop overriding our knowing and start including the animal’s voice, everything shifts.

Jolie was the beginning of everything for me.
She came into my life at a time when I didn’t realize how much I needed her. Sensitive, expressive, and deeply intuitive, she showed me how profoundly animals communicate long before we’re trained to listen.
When she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I was handed a prescription diet and medication, and eventually, the suggestion that euthanasia might be the kindest option. But I knew she still had life in her. I wasn’t ready to accept that this was the only path.
That moment changed me.
I found a holistic veterinarian. I was introduced to homeopathy. I began studying feline nutrition seriously, not casually. I started asking different questions and looking beyond symptom management.
Jolie didn’t just open the door to holistic care.
She showed me what happens when we refuse to override our knowing.

Denny came next.
If Jolie awakened my intuition, Denny demanded that I trust it.
As a puppy, he struggled with infection after infection. Each round of antibiotics seemed to quiet one issue only for another to surface. At one point, I was told I would be lucky if he made it a year.
That prediction stayed with me.
I couldn’t accept that chasing symptoms was the only option. So I began asking different questions. I explored herbalism. I studied canine nutrition more deeply. I learned about immune resilience, gut health, and how repeated suppression can ripple through a body over time.
Denny required me to integrate everything I was learning, not emotionally, but practically.
He turns ten this year.
His story continues to remind me that when we step outside rigid frameworks and support the whole animal, different outcomes become possible.
Those experiences didn’t just change how I cared for my own animals. They shaped the foundation of my practice. I don’t separate communication from health, or behavior from physiology. And I don’t separate the animal from the human who loves them. Healing, when it happens, is collaborative.
My work brings together intuitive communication, energy medicine, and integrative wellness to support the whole animal.
I include the animal’s voice in decisions about their care, behavior, and life transitions. Communication clarifies what is happening beneath the surface and helps guardians respond with alignment rather than guesswork.
Through distance healing and guided sessions, I support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and energetic balance for both animals and their guardians. A settled nervous system allows the body to heal more effectively.
From nutrition and supplementation to lifestyle and immune resilience, I take a whole-animal view. Symptoms are signals, not isolated problems, and lasting change requires looking at the full picture.
