Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure an appointment.

Booking a session indicates agreement with these policies.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

More than 24 hours before the appointment

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

Within 24 hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Emergencies do happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to move forward.

Partnership programs and coaching packages are designed to provide structured support over a defined period of time.

Participation in these programs requires commitment to the process and implementation of recommendations.

Due to the nature of these programs, payments for coaching partnerships or packages are non-refundable once the program has begun.
